Delivery Options Overview

At Phm Marketplace, we've got more delivery options than you can shake a stick at! Looking for a budget-friendly option? Gozeem/Standard Parcel  has got you covered. Need it ASAP? UBI Express or Gozeem will get it to you in a jiffy. Want it safe and sound? Our specially trained freight forwarder is your guy. And if you're more of a DIY person, you can pick up your order at our shop. Whatever floats your boat, we've got a delivery method for you!

  • DELIVERY METHODS:

    We offer two primary delivery methods for your convenience. For Douala-Arrondissement, you can opt for home delivery or pick-up from a designated Phmmarketplace point. For customers in the interior of the country, we provide delivery to travel agencies, depending on the city. You can find a comprehensive list of our agencies and relay points here.

  • SHIPPING COSTS:

    Our shipping costs are determined based on the product category, package volume, and delivery destination. If you reside in the Douala 5th region, we encourage you to take advantage of our cost-effective delivery option by choosing delivery to a relay point.

Frequently Asked Questions

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

There's no need for concern if your package hasn't arrived as expected. Delays can occur, and you can easily track your order using our track-and-trace service. If the delivery status remains unclear, please contact us immediately. We will require your consignment number and, if possible, a detailed description of the goods and packaging. We will then investigate with our distribution centres to ascertain if there was an addressing error or if the packaging was damaged or lost. If the package was not retained at one of our centres, we will continue our search to identify the issue.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Occasionally, we do deliver on public holidays, although this depends on the shipper and delivery area. Our delivery team does not operate during public holidays, but rest assured, your order will be delivered after the holiday. Our delivery associate will contact you before approaching your shipping address.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We currently deliver to most cities nationwide. To confirm delivery to your area, please send us your postcode and your shipping address, we will check if we can deliver to your region! And you can also try our online checkout process for further validation.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Same-day delivery is available for certain express items, provided orders are placed between 12 AM and 12 PM on the same day. Next Day Delivery is available on most small items.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Most packages that don't arrive are not lost. Often, a package is delivered outside office hours or when you're not home. If you and your neighbours aren't home, our couriers will leave a card in your mailbox. You can then arrange a different delivery method online through our On Demand Delivery tool. Options include service point delivery, delivery to a different address, neighbour delivery, delivery without signature, or delivery on a different day (within seven calendar days).
