Hey there, just a quick heads up about our return policy. If you've bought a product from us and it's in tip-top shape, but you've had a change of heart, no worries! You can break up with your purchase within 14 days of receiving it.
Just remember, to keep the break-up clean, try to keep the product in its original state. If it gets damaged or destroyed and it's not your fault, don't sweat it, you can still end things. And if you've opened it up to check if everything's working fine, that's okay too. You can still write us a 'Dear John' letter for a refund.
But before you send it back, make sure it's got all its bits and pieces:
- All the equipment it came with
- The receipt (it's like the product's birth certificate)
- The warranty card
- A note from the service department describing the defect (if there is one)
Once we've got everything, we'll process your refund faster than you can say "Phmmarketplace". And don't worry, we'll make sure to follow all the rules and regulations when we do.
